Session 2: How Tech is Changing the Game for the LGTBQ Community Come hear a panel of dynamic speakers doing incredible and ground-breaking things in their field for the LGBTQ community. Discover how they are leveraging technology in innovative ways to help support our community in turning the tide on oppression in present day and looking towards the future. Afternoon Session - LGBT Family Forum: 1:30pm to 4:30pm on Wednesday, April 22, 2015. LGBT families are changing and growing rapidly, along with new government recognitions. This lively session will explore the emerging “LGBT Family” market, from LGBT parents, weddings and engagements, to family planning and challenges. Perspectives include consumer-related motivations and preferences. Learn from breakthrough market research on the LGBT family structure, approaches to having and raising children, and housing, shopping and consumption similarities/differences between LGBT parent families and general market families.
